This really works. I find that I have to make the mix overnight and put the ice cream maker in freezer for no less than 24 hours, so foresight is key. Works great and ice cream is creamy.

Wow, I just made the most exquisite delectable ice cream on my first try. My family loved it and it is healthy, non GMO and organic. I can’t wait to make the next batch. I may buy another container to keep going and never run out now that summer is approaching. The organic chocolate ice cream was so smooth and creamy. Next I will try butter pecan. Easy to use and makes great ice cream. I previously had Cuisinart ice cream maker with a compressor. I bought it in May 2019, and it stopped working January 2024. I didn't want to spend that kind of money as a replacement so decided on this one. This ice cream maker is just as good as the super expensive one with the compressor and makes ice cream faster than that model. I don't have a problem with having to wait until bowl freezes...there are only two of us, me and my husband, so I make one batch, wash the bowl, and put it back in the freezer. It is always ready for the next batch of ice cream. I am very happy with my purchase.
