Simple yet effective unit - could use improvement

Let's start with the good: The unit is very simple with few options and that is perfect because bells and whistles for making frozen yogurt & ice cream aren't needed. The frozen drum lasts a long time and you can actually make two batches in a row without refreezing. The parts come apart and go together very easily.
Where it could improve: The frozen yogurt and ice cream mixture freezes to the inside of the drum very fast and the blades can bind up trying to scrape the sides. Maybe using a durable non-stick coating on the inside would help. The unit is called a FROZEN YOGURT machine yet of the 28 recipes in the booklet, there are only 4 frozen yogurt recipes and none of them fat-free so I had to go searching for recipes in order to use my new gift.
