This icemaker is very easy to use and makes ice cream within 20 minutes. Amazing! If you like soft serve ice cream it comes out perfectly when it’s done, but if you want it to be firmer, it has to go into the freezer. After three different recipes I am finding it is a little icy after you freeze it so I’m hoping to find a recipe that keeps it creamy after frozen

Received this as a gift since my family knows I’m an ice cream fanatic, but had never made ice cream before. I followed a recipe in the Salt and Straw recipe book and it came out perfectly in this machine. The texture was incredible and the machine was so easy to use. The bowl has enough thermal mass to stay ice cold for well over 30 minutes of churning.
