This is my second ice cream maker. I had previously purchased one (a different brand) that was difficult to use and clean. Now I so appreciate my Cuisinart. It works flawlessly and is super easy to take care of. The Cuisinart received the highest rating from a respected consumer review site, and I agree. My 4 batches of ice cream so far have been perfect in flavor and texture.
