The machine is very easy to set-up and use.
The hard part comes at the end of the freezing cycle, it's hard to scrape the excess ice cream off the beater inside the machine.
There are too many obstacles to get a spatula in and scrape off the beaters.
When it comes down to the last part of the ice cream inside the bowl, the freezer bowl makes it hard to get the last bits.

I absolutely love this ice cream maker but I’ve only used it twice so far and I’ve used recipes from the recipe book and both times I’ve had an overflow. I’m putting notes in the book. Hopefully I can figure out how to adjust.
