Tasted ice cream from this Cuisinart from friend in MO, was totally hooked! Ordered one as soon as I got home, WA. Awesome! You MUST freeze container first! And TURN ON BEFORE adding cream to bowl. I used coconut sugar and 2 tbls pure can sugar. Vanilla paste instead extract. The coconut sugar gives chocolate look and flavor. And used Almond milk. It was a hit. Second time, used only pure cane sugar, which is sweet. Came out lighter color and very vanilla-y. Very good ice cream maker. Highly recommend. Read directions BEFORE first use!

The only issue that concerned me was whether my freezer had room for the freezing cylinder. But as the need for ice cream grows, so does the space for the cylinder. Otherwise, the Ice-21 worked marvelously. It was very easy to assemble, the instructions were no-brainers, and everything fell together quickly and succinctly. Thank you for a great product.
