I have tried several of the ice cream and sorbet recipes, and they have all been perfectly delicious. It’s fun to experiment with different fruits and flavors. Frozen margaritas are fantastic! Everyone should have this machine!

We are quite happy with our ice cream maker. The bowl froze solid with 24 hours and stayed frozen until the ice cream was churned to a soft-serve consistency. The ice cream went from liquid to spoon-able in less than 20 minutes. The pieces are easy to clean and seem very sturdy. I hope I will be able to use it for many years. to come.

I love this thing. I love ice cream so I decided to start making my own. I looked at all my choices and decided on the cuisinart ice-21. It has a very reasonable price and does everything and more than I need it to. Summers here in Phoenix are brutal and this baby makes it a bit more tolerable. I very much recommend homemade ice cream and the Cuisinart ice-21 is an easy, fun way to get exactly what you want.
