Following the recipes, it seems that contents overflow the freezer bowl when churning. I'll just adjust, especially the sorbet, because home-made is SO GOOD! Just wish the recipes were a bit more proportional to the size of the freezer bowl. I'm almost afraid to add anything to the mix. So, I'm taking off a star, but I'm still very happy to have purchased this. (No more icy store-bought ice cream!)

The Cuisinart seems to be well-made and sturdy. Now, I'm searching family recipes for my granddaddy's peach ice cream which he made every 4th of July!
