This is so easy to use and not too big to have in our kitchen. We are delighting our neighbors with homemade ice cream with no chemicals made from organic cream and milk. Our ice cream is preferred over Haagan Daz and Ben and Jerry’s.

Following the recipes, it seems that contents overflow the freezer bowl when churning. I'll just adjust, especially the sorbet, because home-made is SO GOOD! Just wish the recipes were a bit more proportional to the size of the freezer bowl. I'm almost afraid to add anything to the mix. So, I'm taking off a star, but I'm still very happy to have purchased this. (No more icy store-bought ice cream!)
