You have a great machine and ice cream made with it. I would suggest a milder recipe for chocolate ice cream, even though this dark one is very good. I would also suggest including a 1.5 qt ice cream storage container with the machine.

This is my first ice cream maker so by no means I'm an expert. Using this machine is pretty straightforward so no real complaints. I would say desent value for the money. At least now I know what's in my ice cream and that's a plus.
