The first time we made Mango ice cream, it was a perfect consistency; creamy, crunchy with mango bites and great. The next weekend, we tried to make a shorbet, it never did. I think it was our error.

I have been preparing homemade ice cream for years using a hand cranked ice cream maker. Add the ice cream base to the Cuisinart ICE-21 and walk away for 20 minutes or so, come back and you have great homemade ice cream! It is inexpensive, easy to use, clean and store. Very pleased.

The easiest way to make delicious homemade ice cream in just a few minutes. Our granddaughter loves making it and eating it. You can add in candy, nuts, etc. during the last few minutes.

We got this to make dairy-free ice cream with safe-for-us ingredients. We've been using it once or twice a week and it works great! Easy to use, easy to clean. We LOVE it!!

Very happy with this inexpensive ice cream maker!! Granted I have only used it 3 times but so far and it works perfectly, it does leave a very small amount frozen on the sides, negligible really. Recommend highly!

My first time I used it I accidentally made butter because I mixed the heavy cream too much, but then I properly did the recipe and it turned out great.

This machine makes several servings of the best tasting, creamiest ice cream you ever tasted. My 30-year-old daughter thought for 29 years that she didn't like ice cream....until she tasted my easy vanilla chocolate and bettered pecan home made versions. Now she's a fan...if it's home made. The process is fast and clean-up is easy.
Only drawback: to freeze the ice cream you need to put the body of the machine in the freezer long enough to freeze hard. This is only a problem if you want to make two or more batches. The only solution is to have two machines!
