Don't let the size of this smaller machine deceive you - it makes ice cram just as well as anything two to three times its size. You will have ice cream parlor frozen treats in the comfort of your own home in no time!!!

Works great for keto ice cream. Only drawback is that it's difficult/almost impossible to scrape all the ice cream out of the container once it's frozen.

I have used this ice cream maker three with great success. I makes ready to eat soft serve ice cream. Once put in the freezer it it becomes hard. The enclosed vanilla recipe tasted more like ice milk. The chocolate and strawberry recipes where much more creamy. It is fun to have when my granddaughters visited. I purchase SveBake containers for freezer storage.

I was a bit skeptical, but it really has been great purchase! I had purchased this as a "gift of ice cream" for a person with some dairy issues, but also difficult for them to ever be satisfied with ice cream away from home. They loved it! I also ordered a book of 500 recipes by Cuisinart, and there are incredible choices.
