This thing is fantastic!! My husband is crazy about it since I can make him ice cream with a sugar substitute. It took a couple of times for me to get the right consistency - we like soft serve. It gets a little harder when you store it in the freezer but you can just set it out a few minutes before you serve it.

Works great. I had to churn everything a bit longer than planned, but that's cause I'm in FL and it's summer so the bowl thaws faster. But if you freeze the bowl overnight, make the mixture in the morning and let chill, then make the frozen treat late morning and freeze in a tupperware, it'll be perfect consistency by mid-afternoon or as an evening after-dinner treat! Glad I finally got one - it's been a hit!

I'm really loving this ice cream maker! We eat lactose and sugar free so its really necessary for my family. Its so fast and easy to clean! It really freezes perfectly. Ive had no problems whatsoever. I keep the freezer bowl in the freezer all the time.
