Wonderful homemade ice cream without the hours of effort I recall frommy childhood. And the texture is wonderful - watching the volume grow as air gets embedded is fascinating. I used fresh strawberries in the Cuisinart recipe and it turned out sublme.

This is very easy to use! We love the fact that it is easy to store as well. I made the vanilla recipe and added crushed freeze dried strawberries. It was wonderful!!!

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Have only tried it for soft serve ice cream, but as long as you don't over churn it (20 minutes is too long, leaves a butter film in your mouth) then the ice cream is delicious.
