These past few years I've been doing a Keto way of eating. Have tried some of the Keto ice creams on the market and haven't been that pleased. Received this ice cream maker as a gift and boy oh boy...am now making Keto ice cream with minimal ingredients. The texture and flavors are so much better than store bought. And the funny thing is...I can make it all within 15 minutes. This machine does most all of the work and it certainly pays for itself real fast. Cannot wait to experiment with different ingredients. So far I'm loving this ice cream maker! Great job Cuisinart!

Easy to use, prep and make! Easy clean up! Only issue is it does not say whether or not to let it come to room temp completely before cleaning and prepping for next use. And, Can you leave clean bowl in freezer until next use?

This is a great ice cream maker! I received as a gift and used it multiple times. Ice cream done in 20 minutes. I leave the bucket in freezer as suggested so I can make ice cream anytime. The booklet with it has good recipes, but I found other healthier versions that follow more my lifestyle, and they work just as well. Definitely recommend!
