So easy to make healthy ice cream. Two tips would be 1) Keep the freezer bowl level in the freezer all the time so it’s ready and 2) Also keep a bowl in the freezer to put it in when it’s done! I use honey instead of sugar (lesser amount than it calls for) Love it!!!

Having been a previous owner of two compressor machines, one for ice cream and the other for Gelato, I was recently looking for a new, easy machine and was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity and efficiency of this ice cream maker.. I have yet to make a custard-based ice cream but have been very successful with grapefruit/Compari , tangerine, orange, mango/lime/rum, and papaya lime sorbets. Fantastic value.

Fantastic ice cream and slushy maker! Purchased on the recommendation from a colleague who got one and loved it. My kids *LOVE* Slurpees from 7-11...but the nearest one is 20 miles away. So, now we make similar flavored drinks at home! We've made vanilla ice cream, lemon ice cream, frozen yogurt, and more slushies than I can even imagine. I actually purchased a second bowl so if there were two flavors needed, I wouldn't have to wait until the next day to make more.
The entire process is so ridiculously simple, as is the clean-up. I wish I would have purchased one of these years ago!

These past few years I've been doing a Keto way of eating. Have tried some of the Keto ice creams on the market and haven't been that pleased. Received this ice cream maker as a gift and boy oh boy...am now making Keto ice cream with minimal ingredients. The texture and flavors are so much better than store bought. And the funny thing is...I can make it all within 15 minutes. This machine does most all of the work and it certainly pays for itself real fast. Cannot wait to experiment with different ingredients. Easy to use, prep and make! Easy clean up! Only issue is it does not say whether or not to let it come to room temp completely before cleaning and prepping for next use. And, Can you leave clean bowl in freezer until next use?
