Great ice cream maker! Only problem we have is keeping it soft enough to scoop after the first day. It was alittle tricky getting the ice cream off the paddle, but I'm sure that's true for all ice cream makers. Our strawberry ice cream was as good as a premium store bought ice cream. Fun to use!

This thing works awesome. Easy instructions and nearly foolproof. I've made four batches so far and they've all come out as expected. I was amazed that it basically takes 15 minutes (after you've mixed and pre-chilled your ingredients) for this thing to make a batch.

So far, it has been great - good instructions, easy to use, great starter recipes, and delicious results. It would be lovely if they had a 'gelato' speed/setting (slower) as this is healthier alternative to full-on ice cream.
