Very easy to make ice cream. Very easy to clean. We can often get two batches out of one freezing of the can. Note that the raw batch before being put into the device needs to be less than 4 quarts because the batch seems to expand as it freezes.

Great little machine, first 2 times ice cream wouldn't freeze due to user error, Im sure. The only thing wrong is the instructions dont detail enough the proper freezing method of the cannister. It works best when cannister is frozen over 24 hours, (could be my freezer), and the ice cream mix needs to be really cold, now I actually put the mix in the freezer for 2 hours, then perfect ice cream. The recipes in the instruction manual are totally delicious.

Love my new little freezer. I grew up with the old fashioned salt ice and crank kind. This little gem is SO much better. Cleaner, quicker, much easier to clean. Takes little space in pantry for storage. I adore it!

Easy to use, easy to clean, not very loud, it has cord storage, and looks sharp. I would have liked a more thorough manual, but I like that it has recipes. I’ve made 4 different types of ice cream so far, with no signs of stopping!
