This ice cream maker is so easy to use and clean. Previously I used a stand mixer with a freezer bowl attachment. It was so inconvenient to use. The Cuisinart by far is the way to go.

I have only used my 1 1/2 qt Cuisinart freezer once and will have to adjust my recipe as it was too full and I had to scoop some out so it could finish freezing. But the ice cream was delicious and I think we will really enjoy it.
