Makes great ice cream, now I just need to find some good sorbet recipes to try. The vanilla and strawberry I've made so far are creamy and smooth as silk! On the negative side, the "dasher" is plastic and fairly thin and I'm hoping it will hold up in the long term.

Easy to use. I like making my own sugar free ice cream bc I’m a Diabetic. I use a safe sugar substitute. I follow the instructions and I like the recipe for vanilla and can add other things if I want. I scoop small portions into small freezer containers and put them in the freezer to have when I want an ice cream dessert. Easy to use and very convenient. I prefer my own ice cream over store bought sugar free. Much tastier.

Very easy to use. 15-20 min to make ice cream. Recipes from cuisinart works. Easy to clean. Light weight, compact size. Only downside is that you have to refreeze the bowl between batches, 6 hrs.

Easy to use and makes good creamy ice cream. I keep the bowl in the freezer, mix the recipe and put it in the fridge either overnight or for a couple of hours. Homemade Ice cream in 20 minutes of mixing.

We love this product we’re having lots of fun creating our own flavors. You have to get the ice cream out of the machine very quickly when it’s done or it will freeze to the side and then can be a bit difficult to get the last yummy bits off! A great buy for summer!

I love Ice Cream, but had a hard time buying it without the sugar, With the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker I can make healthy ice cream out of fresh fruit with Stevia, a sweetener with 0 calories.
