This is a great little ice cream/sorbet maker. I've used it multiple times for a variety of ice creams and a couple of sorbets. There are some great recipes included with the maker and everything is really easy to make! It takes a short amount of time (15-20 minutes) once you put the mixture into the machine. It still amazes me how quickly it works to make wonderful ice cream and sorbet. I've made lemon and strawberry sorbet that has been absolutely delicious on a hot summer day. The bowl freezes really well overnight and it is really easy to cleanup. It's well worth it to get this for some great home made ice cream/sorbet.

I was looking for a small ice cream maker to create small batches of ice cream and sorbet. This one is perfect! It works like a charm, cleans up easily, and doesn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen cabinets. I have been using it at least 2 to 3 times weekly since purchasing. I absolutely love my ice cream maker. Bought it to make sorbet. It’s so much fun! I make up different combinations and mix and match batches. The only issue I have is that I can’t make more than one batch at a time. The drum starts to warm and by the time I wash and dry it I need to refreeze it for the next batch. Another 16-24hrs. Still it’s a great gadget!
