I absolutely love my ice cream maker. Bought it to make sorbet. It’s so much fun! I make up different combinations and mix and match batches. The only issue I have is that I can’t make more than one batch at a time. The drum starts to warm and by the time I wash and dry it I need to refreeze it for the next batch. Another 16-24hrs. Still it’s a great gadget!

Amazing ice cream maker. The ice cream is really smooth and store quality. We did find that recipes that use ingredients without fat or low fat options seemed to freeze faster and then it would struggle to turn.
