This makes really good ice cream. My kids love getting to help make it and then watching it in the machine. My only complaint is how quickly it melts. Which there is probably a solution to that, that has nothing to do with the machine we’ve just not figured it out yet.

This is a great little ice cream/sorbet maker. I've used it multiple times for a variety of ice creams and a couple of sorbets. There are some great recipes included with the maker and everything is really easy to make! It takes a short amount of time (15-20 minutes) once you put the mixture into the machine. It still amazes me how quickly it works to make wonderful ice cream and sorbet. I've made lemon and strawberry sorbet that has been absolutely delicious on a hot summer day. The bowl freezes really well overnight and it is really easy to cleanup. It's well worth it to get this for some great home made ice cream/sorbet.
