My first batch was chocolate, using the recipe that came with the ice cream maker, and it was as good as, or better than, my favorite Hagan Daaz chocolate. So hooked instantly, and the freezer bowl is now always in the freezer when not in use, ready for the next batch. Among others, I have made fresh ginger ice cream, fruit sorbets, and today I'll be trying a buttermilk vanilla bourbon. Could not be easier! And every batch has had the creamiest texture, even after sitting in the freezer for a couple of days.

This is a great ice cream maker ~ so easy, just combine a few ingredients, turn it on and watch the magic ice cream appear. Easy to clean and store (very lightweight). It's fun trying to decide what ice cream should be the next choice.
