I use it to make a low carb, low calorie, low fat frosty treat and it works very well! I use unsweetened 45-calorie coconut milk or cashew milk and I add in some sugar-free chocolate syrup, a few dashes of cayenne pepper and cinnamon. It makes a delicious Mexican-style chocolate "ice cream." Awesome!
