We love our Ice-cream maker! It is so easy to use. We make a serving or two of ice-cream each time so we can clean the freezer bowl and put it back in the freezer for the next day. The ice-cream is soft serve after 20 minutes. We just remove the mixing paddle, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the freezer until dessert. We've make the simple Vanilla Ice Cream recipe and the Vanilla Custard Style Ice Cream. We've played with recipes by mixing up the type of dairy we use. For the last two batches we used all low fat cream and the ice-cream came out really nice. The only draw back is that the machine is so easy and the ice-cream so good, you will be eating ice-cream almost every night! We are!

This ice cream maker is incredible. I really don't know how we lived before this. We use it about twice a week and it's so simple and quick. Super easy to keep clean as well.
