I was looking to make some ice cream with some fresh mangoes that my neighbor grew. I didn't want to spend a ton of money as I don't eat ice cream that often, but after receiving this machine and making my first batch, I went on a run... pineapple, strawberry, rum raisin, peach, vanilla, strawberry... all came out perfect in 15-20 minutes with no fuss. You just have to keep an eye on it and when the ice cream stops moving, turn the machine off and put your ice cream in the freezer. My husband said he prefers my ice cream over Haagen Dazs now!

Love it. Easy to operate! Follow the recipe and you have ice cream in 20 min (from the time you start up the machine). It is soft, but you can make it harder by simply placing it in the freezer for a few hours. Can't wait to try frozen yogurt and sorbet. Highly recommended. Great purchase for the price!
