This is an awesome ice cream maker, super quick soft serve ice cream in about 20 mins. My family is in love with this maker, I should've bought this years ago, could've saved a lot of money.

Works well, makes great fro yo and ice cream, but 4C unfrozen mix is the MAX it holds. Just wash out the inner container as soon as you are done then stick it back in the freezer so you are always ready to go..

This thing works great and makes phenomenal ice cream. I hate to cook but I've really gotten into making ice cream (will attempt sorbet and frozen yogurt next) and I will never buy store-bought ice cream again or go to an ice cream parlor unless I want to go for convenience or the experience. Simple machine, great value for the money.

beautiful design, the machine works great. i don't know why i got an ice cream maker because all i do now is make and eat ice cream ;-))
I appreciate the recipes but everything i make turns out too icy - any suggestions (I heard to use evaporated milk, not regular milk which has too much water).

I have used my Ice Cream maker quite a few times a week :-) Runs great, but it takes some time for the recipes to be correct and to learn how to run the unit..I hope it last for a long while, but we almost have are money back. However you must not try to compare the cost of material vs a quart of regular ice cream, mine is better :-)
