This is my first ice cream maker so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was just wonderful. All of the pieces were packaged securely inside the box. The motor was very quiet while running and I had ice cream in just about twenty minutes. The bowl stayed solidly frozen during the whole mixing process. I’m very pleased with the quality of this Cuisinart Machine.

I'm very happy with this machine. Takes less than 20 minutes to make the ice cream. It comes out soft serve, i always put it in the freezer for a couple of hours to get it hard. I bought this vs the kind with ice and salt due to the ease of clean up. I recommend this highly
