This is any easy product to use and clean. It's our first ice cream maker and we're so happy with it. During the last half of the mixing time I push down the mix every few minutes. Its easy to do through the open top. Do make sure the bowl is completely frozen before use or it won't freeze the mix.

This ice cream maker is AMAZING! It is super easy to make ice cream of any kind. My husband and I are eating plant based and I make vegan ice cream every day or every other day! Depending on how you prep, it literally takes 20 to 30 minutes to make a batch of ice cream. I am so happy because vegan ice cream is expensive and making it yourself is healthier and cost efficient! I recommend this cuisinart ice cream machine to everyone who loves ice cream like I do!!
