Just what we needed to add to our low carb high fat lifestyle. Now we can have "ice cream" again! Size is perfect & it's so easy operate. Thanks for a great product.

My freezer is set to -7 below, so once I begin and pour the mixture in, it only takes about 7-9 minutes to get soft-serve Ice Cream. At about 12 minutes you can stop and remove the Ice Creme, otherwise, it will be too frozen to the enter canister and be very difficult to remove period. It makes a very tasty Ice Cream.
The only problem I see is that, if you don't eat all of it right then, you end up with the remaining amount frozen solid as a brick. You have to let it thaw out for at least 10 minutes before you can eat it or chip it off and suck on the pieces. Is there anything you can add to the mixture so that it won't freeze solid?
Would have given it a "5" star rating if it did freeze solid as a brick after you put the remaining amount in the freezer. I guess I could pig-out and eat it all in one sitting and wouldn't have to worry about it being a 'freezer brick." :)
