This is a great ice cream maker. Churns our smooth ice cream in around twenty minutes. Do yourself a favor and buy an extra bowl. Ice cream is a little difficult to scrape off the paddle but otherwise a great product.

The first batch of ice cream was made using Williams Sonoma brand of ice cream mix. The Cuisinart performed perfectly and the ice cream was amazing. Can't wait to make my second batch.

Machine works great if instructions followed. Make sure your freezer is cold enough and let bowl stay in freezer at least 24 hours. I leave mine in there. 15-20 minutes of churning and you have delicious soft serve ice cream!
