This was a gift, a really good gift! I think about my sister-in-law with every bite of ice cream. Makes very delicious ice cream and it is easy to make. Or one can get more complicated with some of the recipes. The variety of recipes that come with the machine give a good basis for improvising and making other kinds of ice cream, from simple to more involved. Going to make another new flavor today!

First time using an ice-cream maker that didn't require rock salt and a long processing time. Really fast and easy to make ice-creams. Helps if you remember to follow instructions and start the device and mixer before adding in your chilled ingredients. Otherwise it gets frozen into place, but if you do follow the instructions (I only forgot once) it works great! Having a second chilling container was also useful so that I can make a second batch without waiting a day.
