This machine is a great buy. I have made four batches of custards thus far and it works like a dream. Easy to use, easy to clean. I have used the basic custard recipe, adapting it by adding nutmeg, star anise, cinnamon and clove for a delicious spiced custard and I have made the Mexican Chocolate recipe. Delicious!

I've had this unit about 3 weeks now and have used it once. The ice cream was very soft, so plan to buy containers and place it in the freezer. But it was quite easy. I'm on a keto diet and found making sugar free ice cream to be easy and to taste great.
