Overall quite a good ice cream maker. It is just quite hard and messy to get the ice cream out of the bowl and into a container.

This machine is a great buy. I have made four batches of custards thus far and it works like a dream. Easy to use, easy to clean. I have used the basic custard recipe, adapting it by adding nutmeg, star anise, cinnamon and clove for a delicious spiced custard and I have made the Mexican Chocolate recipe. Delicious!
