The ice cream maker is very easy to use. I’ve found that the recipes make too much for it to hold, so I’ve reduced each ingredient by about 25%. If it says 2 cups of heavy cream I use 1-1/2 cups instead. Love making ice cream that you know exactly what went into the recipe. I highly recommend it!

I have been wanting to buy a churner for so long. Since starting on Keto and wanting very badly to make Keto ice cream, I finally decided it was time. I LOVE this churner. Just make sure you keep it in the freezer between uses so that it is ready to go. It is so easy to use.

Works great. And found out the longer you leave in the ice cream maker, the harder (colder) the cream gets.... You can also make your ice cream they way you want it to be... most store bought is mostly made of milk, instead of cream...
