Worked so well. I made a keto friendly version of the vanilla bean ice cream and it was perfect. The perfect consistency, with a yummy vanilla flavor. I shared it with friends and they could not believe it was keto friendly. No sugar and using coconut milk instead of whole milk. I plan on making a keto friendly version of butter pecan next. This ice cream maker is super easy to use and just really did the trick. Love it.

Easy to use right out of the box! We made frozen yogurt from our homemade yogurt; the only preparation was washing the freezer tub and waiting for it to freeze in freezer before using it. We tried the result right away and froze it to eat later- both options were thick and great consistency
