I have made two recipes, the raspberry sorbet and the vanilla ice cream, using the recipes in the booklet that came with my Cuisinart Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker. Both were really good and so have made them again. The Cuisinart is easy to use and turns out great ice cream!

For Christmas we purchased this ice cream maker. Be sure you have all your ingredients well chilled, measured and ready to place in the machine BEFORE you bring the well frozen canister out of the freezer. Then it’s fun and easy. Delicious recipes included or online.

This is the easiest and best ice cream I've made! It beats the old hand crank and electric ones that you had to add ice and salt to, Hands down! (Pun intended) You can enjoy knowing what's in your ice cream and pronounce the ingredients.
