I bought this for my husbands keto diet, the ice cream you make by hand is not difficult but it gets hard as a rock. You can barely scoop it out. But this Cuisinart ice cream maker makes it just like regular ice cream. We are both pleased. It works flawlessly and tastes really good. Very easy to use and clean and We love it.
