I do not rate anything 5 stars, nothing is perfect. I would rate this 4.7 stars if I could. This works amazingly well and I really like this ice cream maker. The only downside to this is that it is a bit difficult to get the freshly made ice cream out of the machine walls. It freezes to the sides and is hard to get out, but you can do it! Just takes determination. I would buy again!

This was given to us as a gift. I've used it twice. Once to make a sugar-free ice cream (it got very hard) and once using a pre packaged base. This was very good and did not need to set out prior to eating it. This was a fun and easy treat.

It takes about 20 minutes to make ice cream in the machine. You can eat it right away after that, but I’d suggest putting it in the freezer for at least a few hours so it hardens up some. I tried the vanilla ice cream recipe yesterday and then added crushed up cookies to it and it turned out awesome!
