The product is ok. The picture is clear. I enjoy having all the apps on the television. I am not sure why the mute button is on the side of the remote. Received a fairly good deal on this television.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many features Huge upgrade from what I am used to. I love being able to get disney plus and all those other good ones now. Is is simple to use even my little ones can run it with out any issues. The remote is simple to use and you can flip straight to things like netflix ect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV certainly does the job but there are a few things that could be optimized in my opinion. Each time you turn the TV on it takes 1-2 minutes for it to reconnect to the internet so you have to wait for that to happen before you can watch anything. Also, the speakers/sound is not the best quality - definitely need a soundbar or some other external speaker system to really enjoy the sound. Other than that, the picture quality is pretty good, and it comes with a simple remote that is easy to navigate through the apps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The built in Roku feature is really handy. We love the private listening from the Roku mobile app. The audio frequently goes out while switching from private listening to TV, hence the 3 stars.

This was an impulse buy for our garage. The quality is impressive to say the least. Our other 4, 4k TVs are Samsung, Toshiba, LG and HiSense. This one is on par with the big name brands ans the only one that came with Roku of which I am now a big fan of.
