Sound is very tinny

The picture quality is OK but not great & the sound quality is horrible.
My first thought was that I was saving a few bucks for the older model with less bells & whistles but now I have to buy a sound bar.
TCL makes good Q series TVs (great picture quality) with GoogleTV which I'm impressed with but in my opinion the Roku OS is sub-par.
Do yourself a favor & fork out an extra $100 or so for the up to date Q Series 6 with GoogleTV.

Recently needed to purchase a new TV, and decided on this one. The TV came as described. Clear picture, ample sound, various app options to add on and no issues with utilizing AirPlay from my phone or laptop. Set up was relatively easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this TV last week. The tv cannot be paired to work with Bell Fibe cable. To watch TV you must use 2 remotes since the Bell remote cannot power the tv on/off or change volume. After numerous calls to Roku and troubleshooting multiple times, none of the Roku channels will work. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this TV a lot. I love the display and the design, everything is super clear and crisp. I love the live tv options and everything that comes with it. It's perfect. Def would recommend.

I bought this TV for my mom as her TV broke down and she's just so happy with the purchase. The picture quality is great and she loves the fact that it's a Smart TV. And I'm glad at how affordable this TV was.
