It will never turn on the first time. We need to turn the power source off and on several times to get it to come on. The off and on switch on the back of the TV does not work at all.

The TV doesn't work well. The remote power button doesn't work, the picture freezes and won't start back up unless I move to another channel and then back.

This was a gift for my daughter for Christmas, I set it up and have to say I am quite impressed, especially considering the price. We usually use Roku so this was different but I really like the setup of it, how it's all organized with the apps and options. We're talking about possibly getting one for our bedroom. Pictures quality is great, no complaints at all, Very impressed, definitely recommend.
