A/C plug does not fit snug. Stickers right on the screen that parts of couldn't be removed and left a permanent smudge on said screen. Felt like whoever (or whatever) built this device didn't care one bit about quality. Probably only quantity. Overall, not too impressed.

Casting feature very poor

I only got this tv for my Office, so that I can cast Soccer games + F1 racing from my phone while working at home (multi tasking ... yeah), It does cast from my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra, BUT drops many times. Hence, have to return and get a 32" Samsung for $50 more :-(
Other than that TV seems to be ok, but cant say I wud recommend it

This TV was not so bad out of the box - the setup took a fair bit of time, but it wasn't complicated. There were many extra channels and things that I liked, but the TV itself was not great. The first thing that stood out was that the resolution was not even close to what was described on the website. In at least three places, the description says it is 2K HD, but in reality, it is only 720p - vastly different. The second strike was that the TV worked for about 3 hours on the first day after set-up, but the next day, it turned on and then went off after about 2 minutes. When I unplugged it for a full minute to hopefully get it to reboot, it came back on stuck in an endless loop; rebooting constantly after flashing the standby light seven times. I also tried the factory reset button but to no avail. It turned out to be a huge disappointment so I took it back right away and bought a TCL for just a little more, and the QLED picture is fantastic. I am staying clear of the Hisense brand of anything now.

It was super simple to set up. I didn't find the regular programming great, unless I am missing something.

Since I had my front porch enclosed five years ago,I have been spending more time out there reading,listening to music,visiting with neighbours and enjoying using my iPad.I also like to keep up with world news and watch older tv series.I decided to purchase a small tv which I could mount in my movable stand.After considerable. Online shopping research I decided on this unit from Best Buy.It is an amazing smart tv with many features that fit right away with what I was searching.The price was incredibly reasonable,the picture and sound are incredible,just what I needed..
