[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loisa was amazing. She was so patient with us. We’re elderly and not computer savvy at all. She was a pleasure to work with and stayed with us until we were able to figure out our channels, etc.

She also we so informative, no matter what question I had, if she didn't know the answer, she found out. But mostly she knew the answers to my issue. I just want to say thank you!

Jai was helpful. And we went through set up again. However, because my cable box only out put at 4K and 1090 / 60 hz. I am not able to see sports at 120 hz speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Talked with Sherrie. So helpful. Need to proof my my TV inappropriate content because I have a teenage son and she was great helping me to do this. Feels good knowing my child is protected.
