Great TV, poor remote control
on December 28, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this approximately a month ago, the TV is good. I am very disappointed in the remote control, nothing lights up. When watching tv in the dark I have to use my cell phone flash light to see the buttons on the remote.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with the 43UT7550AUA. We’re glad to hear the TV is performing well for you.

You mentioned the remote being difficult to use in the dark, and we understand how that can affect your viewing. A helpful option is using the LG ThinQ app, which provides full on‑screen controls and eliminates the need to navigate buttons in low light. You can learn more about it here:

If you’d like help setting up the app or exploring additional features, feel free to email lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com.

This is a great TV. The colors are very vivid and the blacks provide great contrast.

Frustrated
on December 21, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture and sound have both gone out AGAIN. Second time since purchasing it in August. They sent a tech who replaced the main board the first time and say they are going to do the same this time. Not happy with product or the fact they want to “fix” it again.

Disappointed by Streaming App Buttons and Sponsore
on March 12, 2025
Posted by: user review
I don't like having streaming app buttons on the remote or sponsored content on the TV home screen. I paid for an LG TV, so why should I see content from other apps on it? I respect the LG brand, but it feels unnecessary and frustrating to have buttons for streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime on the remote.
Response from lg.comBy LG Digital Care TeamMarch 14, 2025
Hey there! We appreciate your feedback and understand your perspective. The streaming app buttons are designed for quick access, but we see how a more customizable option could be preferable. As for the home screen content, LG continuously works to enhance user experience, and we’ll be sure to pass your thoughts along. If you'd like assistance with adjusting your settings, let us know—we’re happy to help! ^ Diego
