Was a great TV until 13 months after we bought it, it reset, was on the language screen and that was it. Apparently a known issue that the Bluetooth piece the remote connects to failed. Nothing to be done but toss it. Would not replace bc I was one month after a year purchased. Ridiculous, do not buy.

Bought this tv on sale.. when I tell you it was a steal, that doesn't seem to cover it! Amazingly clear picture and best sound I've heard for a 50" tv at this price point(under 200).
