Hard to problem solve.

Nothing wants to work. Can't connect to internet without the remote. Remote voice wouldn't work and the sensor fell out and couldn't get it to work after that. So not being able to connect to the internet can't even set up another remote via app because Android doesn't have an app anymore. I literally just stopped using the TV all together. Can't change inputs to hook up other devices with out the remote. Can't change the volume without remote

The apps are constantly getting frozen. There is no way to fix the lip sync on the TV. The uploading of each app or even changing the channel on an app takes a while. I have done everything possible to fix these issues.

my son bought this for me for christmas and I've had nothing but problems with it. for some reason it keeps kicking me off the internet and not alowing me to get back in it tells me the password is incorect or error #......... I've tried everything I'm very unhappy with it.

I've had this TV for 4 months, and it works well. Even with UHD, some things are still grainy, but could be the streaming quality and not necessarily the TV. I like being able to adjust display, and the preset options for both display and sound are pretty good. I would really like to have a "nighttime " option that minimizes brightness and flashes of bright light with an easy to access setting. Connectivity is sometimes touch and go, but again might be the service and not the TV, hard to tell. But it's a nice quality for the price. I'm not a huge sports fan, but for those who are, live sports are very grainy as well. I mainly stream from Disney+, Prime Video, etc, and the free live streaming apps like Pluto and this works very well for that. No regrets thus far. :)
