Poor directions

Bought a black bevel frame and directions say they use clips and yet the magnet is supposed to be strong enough but it is not. No clips included and chat said no need for clips.

Flimsy plastic, corners snapped when installing

the corners didn't come together tightly so there was a visible gap at the seams. when using the cheap plastic corner piece to put together, the plastic snapped upon squeezing. looks nice, but not a sturdy "frame."

Terrible quality with limited replacement supply

The corner clips that connect the bezel onto the TB broke during installation. The product is made from thin, plastic. Don’t waste your money, and if it is included for free during the order, don’t expect a nice product.

Frame is made of very thin plastic, and was almost impossible to get the corners to snap in place flush. Item also arrived completely broken, due to very thin nature of plastic.
