Great guinea pig habitat with a few easy modifications

Even though it's a chicken coop we got this for our guinea pigs and they love it.
Removed chicken wire from. Sides and replaced with plexiglass
Added sides and extra rungs to ladder
Made a OSB floor and stapled vinyl at the bottom and on the removable floor of the hideout.
Added some web cams that we can talk through to them when we're out.
Overall we couldn't be happier with this and plan to leave it in our living room.
Instructions were okay. Assembly went well and the quality is far better than if expected. Love the real cedar wood smell.

Not bad for a starter coop

Fairly easy to assemble. Wish the parts would have been labeled though. That would have made it much simpler. I think I did it in about 3 hours over two nights. Having my kids

Very well made house, good packaging. Came in 2 boxes and no damage. Easy to assemble with good instructions.
I use this for our rabbit indoors so I don't have a weatherproof comment.

looks a little larger in picture, is very easy to put together, instructions are easy to read, light enough to move around with two people, I am putting wheels on the back to make it more portable, am pleased with it.

The pen itself isn¡¯t nearly large enough for 4 grown chickens, more like 2. The wood is a bit soft and does splinter but it was pretty easy to assemble. Other than a few spots where the holes weren¡¯t pre-drilled. It¡¯s a great starter coop if this is your first time having chickens and you dont want to spend an arm and a leg.
