I have had this product for 3 years now. All I can say is that it is absolutely wonderful. I have 3 dogs that shed every day of the year and this has save me so much time and effort. The only things is that it disconnects from my app so I just use the home center now but other than that is wonderful!

Just what my cat needed!

This was my first experience with a combo vac/mop and so I did my homework to make sure what I bought would handle the floors we had. Two things were important to me - suction and mopping. We have a cat and a dog. While the dog is a poodle which doesn’t shed, the cat was another story. The robot had to be strong enough for hair and tracked kitty litter and dusty cat prints. And it had to be reliable as it was going to be used daily. I chose the Freo x10 pro.
So far there are not really any cons about it.
I did learn some helpful features.
Af the beginning the vacuum couldn’t empty the robot into the bin because of so much cat hair. The app allows you to program in that after the robot does one room it can come back and empty its contents. I set that into motion quickly and have not had a clog yet. I also made it where the vac at the base station had a strong suction. It has multiple settings depending on the noise level.
I went ahead and purchased the tablets that you can put into the water from Narwal. I don’t know if it helps or not but when you do empty the water from the discharge side you should hold your nose!
Beyond that it has been trouble free. There are times I wish it got closer to some objects but I can’t overlook that because it keeps the floors hair free and spoess when I mop. If I had a shedding dog and more carpet I might have gotten a stronger pull, but this works great for my needs. And now with Black Friday sales I am considering buying an early Christmas present for my kids!

Freo X10 PRO is great. Super handy considering we have puggle who sheds too much. The mop heads are not the greatest, it leaves streaks but it could also be my tiles. Wish instructions for cleaning the Freo X10 PRO came with it as I had to google/youtube it. Worth the investment, clean smarter not harder!!

This vacuum, although has a lot of functions, including self-cleaning, is not as thorough as my 8 year old base model Roomba. It's taller than my Roomba, so it can't get underneath some furniture, and due to its lidar mapping, it can be quite rigid in staying only within the mapped spaces, which prevents it from getting tighter up against walls and furniture. In my case, it also didn't map well the first time, so I had to do it again. It is more resilient to long hair/fur than other roller brush vacuums, but it still gets wads of bound up hair stuck in the roller, and requires you to come rescue it. Also, even at the high suction setting, it still seems to miss some debris. Overall, it's not a bad device at all, but it is not perfect either.

I'm not a new robot vacuum/mop user but am new to the Narwal brand. Overall, this model works exponentially better than what I had prior. The suction is great, pet hair does not clog up the roller brush or internal components. I love the mop water system, I've never had one that filled and emptied the mop portion, and self-cleaned/dried. Very convenient and user friendly. We've had some minor tangles and traps as it learns the new space made more difficult by Christmas decor, but that's to be expected. It's definitely more intelligent than anything I've ever had. It saves me the daily touch-ups and tackles minor spills. I can clean the toddler, while the Narwal cleans the floor. Excellent addition to the team. The only thing that I would love to see is more options for the cleaning tablets. Currently there is only one option, and I don't pick up any scent. It's not a deal breaker, I can use other products for the air, but I just love to walk into the house, the floors are clean, and there is a light lemony or herbal fragrance. Something that makes me deep breath and specific to the mop, so I can get the relief of, oh the mop ran.

Replaced 4 year old Roomba vacuum. Love the NARWAL! Easy to setup. Its mapping is superior to the Roomba. Both the vacuum and mopping functions are great. I would definitely buy the X10 again.R
