The old scent used to be wonderful and I used it for many, many years. Now it smells terrible and induces an allergic reaction. Please bring back the old scent!

New formula smells horrible

We have used the milk and honey as well as the warm ginger and coconut for many years but after the recent change in the formula, we will have to find a new brand to use. Both soaps have the same unpleasant chemical smell. It is so strong that it causes eye irritation. We have also noticed that our hands are much drier after using the new product.
Cons: Dries Skin, Unpleasant Smell

Smells Different

After they changed the fragrance I went to buy a different hand soap. I bought the coconut and warm ginger hand soap instead of the milk and golden honey hand soap and it smells exactly the same as this "new fragrance." Now I'm wondering if they changed the milk and honey fragrance on purpose, or is the factory not cleaning the machines properly and the fragrance is transferring between different products. I don't know what the problem is. I just hope softsoap gets their act together and I get my original milk and honey hand soap back.

STOP BUYING THIS!!!

We all know that softsoap changed the fragrance and made it worse, but they won't listen to our complaints and bad reviews. The only way we can get them to change it back to the original formula is to boycott the product until they listen to us. I will no longer purchase this soap until they change it back to the way it was. The new fragrance is terrible. In the meantime I will buy a different hand soap.

New Fragrance?

Softsoap Milk & Golden Honey was my favorite hand soap until recently. It seems that the formula has been changed with a different scent that I'm not fond of. Very disappointing. I hope the manufacturer will recognize this mistake and bring back the old formula. Until then, I will be looking for a replacement hand soap.

WONT BE BUYING ANY LONGER

Like others have commented, when you changed the formula, the scent is now too strong and off-putting. My family has been buying this product for decades, we will not be purchasing this any longer. Decisions to change successful product formulas like this shows poor business management.

Waste soap , pump does not reach bottom

Use it to wash/ sanitize hands 3/ 4 times daily. Pump to short, does not reach soap at the bottom..! You have to open the pump add water just to use all.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Kills Bacteria, Moisturizing, Pleasant Smell, Softens Hands
Cons: Difficult To Use, Pump too short , wasted soap bottom of bottle, Unattractive Packaging
