You have got to be kidding!!!!!

For your company to say you haven't changed your Milk & Honey Softsoap is a big fat lie!!! I have used it for so many years & it was my absolute favorite hand soap. We even took it on trips. Then in the midst of the pandemic you changed it to a big stinky perfume filled jug of a nightmare for all of us who suffer from fragrance allergies. It's beyond disappointing!!! Please change it back so I can buy it again! I am a Grandmother of 5 girls 3 of whom have allergies!!!
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Easy To Use, Long Lasting
Cons: Dries Skin, Unpleasant Smell

What is wrong with SOFTSOAP Milk and Honey

What has happened to SOFTSOAP Milk & Honey Hand Soap? It is my go to hand soap for years and Inusually stock up, but now it seems that all vendors are selling a product that looks the same but is NOT! The smell is:strong and triggers nasal allergies. Potent smell lingers on hands and is impossible to wash off and dries hands leaving you feeling swollen. I have a couple of each bottles and the difference between the two VERY obvious. Why would the formula be changed if it was so good and everyone loved it. It was mild and smooth and very popular. Now, the company needs to address and understand that this is a serious quality control problem. Whether the formula has in fact been changed or it has suffered a cross-contamination during manufacturing; this needs to be addressed. Something somewhere has gone terribly wrong and needs to be corrected.

Cons: Difficult To Use, Dries Skin, Poor Lather, Sticky Residue, Unpleasant Smell

Awful new scent

I've used this soap for years, purchased a new large refill and the smell is absolutely awful. What a waste of money as it renders it unusable for me.

Smells great, it's my bf's fav

My boyfriend LOVES this soap. Any other kind makes him a little disappointed, as I discovered when every place seemed to be out in 2020/21. Now I plan on making foaming soap from any soap left over in the bottles to prevent that lol. My only complaint is that, like any soap, it'll dry out your hands if you don't moisturize your hands after. Not a lot, but if you need to wash your hands multiple times in a short time span, you can notice the tightness of your skin. But this is to be expected of Any soap, so no star taken.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Cleans Effectively, Easy To Use, Kills Bacteria, Long Lasting, Pleasant Smell
Cons: Dries Skin

New scent stinks! Now dries hands! Beware!

Like many others have recently come here to say, the new formula stinks! I have been buying tons of this for years and won't be able to anymore. I am thoroughly disappointed with this change. The scent is now like a chemical perfume and it lingers on your hands forever! I washed my hands hours ago and even tried to wash it off with other soap, but the smell remains. This is coming from the bottles labeled paraben free. Apparently the parabens have been replaced with gross chemical fragrances. I am beyond disappointed with this change. Now I start the frustrating process of trying to find a replacement. Thanks for ruining a great thing...

New fragrance is awful

I have to agree with all of the most recent reviews. The fragrance has changed whether or not the company acknowledges that it has. We bought three different bottles from three different stores thinking that maybe the lot was "bad" or a mistake had occurred in production. We finally had to accept that it was the company that changed the fragrance. My family has been using this particular hand soap for years because of our sensitive skin and noses. I am down to the last bit of the previous scent and we are on the lookout for a new hand soap now.

Something bad has changed

I use this product all day, every day and have for years. However, something in the formula has changed and now it smells strong of pesticide and is almost intolerable.
