New scent is awful

I've used this product for years, but I will no longer be buying after the scent change. I am very sensitive to scents and this used to be a subtle fragrance that didn't bother me. Now the fragrance is overwhelming. I don't understand why the brand changed this product and I will be dad to stop using it.
Pros: Cleans Effectively
Cons: Unpleasant Smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Scent is absolutely disgusting

Have used this product for over 10 years now and I have never been disappointed in it until they changed the scent to a very horrible chemically perfume smell. Hopefully they change it back to the previous smell in the future.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Cleans Effectively, Easy To Use, Kills Bacteria, Moisturizing

Horrible new fragrance, please change back

PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO PREVIOUS SCENT. I have used this soap for years and it was one of the few smells I could tolerate when I had migraines. I know changing the scent might not seem like a big deal to the company, but I seriously feel like I'm going to cry. When you don't feel well and scents can make you vomit it's so hard to find something that works.

Why was the fragrance changed!

So very disappointed in the change of the fragrance in the milk and golden honey! I'm sensitive to fragrances and this was such a nice, subtle smell they didn't bother me! I inadvertently used the new refill and it is a terrible, strong perfume smell! Nothing like the previous formula! I will be returning the refill bottle!

The NEW scent is horrible. I found this soap during the pandemic when you bought what you could find. It WAS a great find. I WAS willing to pay more because it smelled great and didn't dry out my hands. The new scent is horrible smelling. The awful smell lingers on the hands. I will not be buying this option again

Overpowering Floral Perfume

Your new fragrance reformulation is so horrible it immediately nauseated me and triggered a migraine. The new fragrance is an overwhelming floral perfume. My family has been a loyal buyer of Softsoap's Milk and Golden Honey liquid hand soap for over a decade because of it's subtle scent. Softsoap, when this is one of your top sellers for this very reason, why would you change the formulation's fragrance to a strong perfume?

HATE NEW PERFUME FRAGRANCE

I am devastated that you have changed your formula to this new perfume fragrance. I am extremely sensitive to fragrances yet both I and my family have used and enjoyed Softsoap's Milk and Golden Honey liquid soap for over a decade. However, as soon as I used one pump of your new fragrance I immediately was overwhelmed by the perfume. It was so overwhelming it nauseated me and gave me an immediate headache. Why would you change the scent of one of your best sellers? Customers are loyal to the Milk and Golden Honey soap because of it's subtle scent! Know your audience! Very bad job, Softsoap! And stop saying it hasn't been reformulated; the label itself says "New Fragrance". Change the scent back, please!!! Otherwise, you've lost this very loyal family of customers.

Cured my dry hands. Thank you!

Before I bought this product, I had dry hands. My hands are dry and flaky every time I wash my hands. I have cuts on my hands from them being so dry. My skin is splitting resulting in cuts. I can't really move my right fingers because if I do my skin would stretch and if it stretched then that would mean more cuts, bleeding, and pain. I have to apply lotion every single day just to help out my dry hands. So I bought this soap because I read the word "moisturizing" and I used it for one day. The next day I noticed something different about my hands. They were smooth!!! They smelled good. They smell like honey. My skin was soft and healthy. What a difference from my usual dry flaky hands. I can move my right fingers now. I didnt even have to apply lotion because my hands were moisturized and smooth. Im not bleeding. I dont have any open cuts. Im not in pain. Im so happy right now. I think this soap is curing my dry hands. I really think this soap pH balanced my skin! I love it. Its working! Im seriously so happy right now about hand soap. I love it. I love it so much that I think I'm going out to buy 2 more 50oz bottles. It works. Thank you to softsoap for helping me. I appreciate it. Also, I dont know why people are complaining about the smell. It smells so good! My hands literally smell like honey. I love smelling my hands throughout the day. This soap smells so good, and I really do recommend it. Especially for those with dry hands.
